Placement Process
The team placement process is designed to ensure that each athlete is placed in an environment where they can develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the sport. Our coaches carefully evaluate each athlete based on a variety of criteria, including skill level, work ethic, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Key Considerations Include:
· Skill Level: Assessing an athlete's current abilities to ensure they are challenged appropriately.
· Team Dynamics: Creating teams that foster teamwork and positive interactions among players.
· Development Goals: Aligning team placement with each athlete's personal growth and development objectives.
Final Evaluation:
Following the initial evaluations and team placement, we will conduct one final assessment to determine if we have selected the most suitable team for each athlete. This final evaluation will provide an opportunity for athletes to showcase their growth and demonstrate their dedication to the sport.
